Our mandate
AMPA is the association in Monaco which represents the companies involved in the administration of foreign entities.
The association's mandate includes the following :
Providing a channel of communication to Government and Regulatory Authorities
Promoting high standards in the industry (through code of conduct)
Providing the industry with a Forum to debate issues as they arise
Sponsorship of new legislation and amendments
Assisting the Monaco authorities with drafting and introduction of new guidelines
Sponsorship of education initiatives including provision of speakers
Supporting activities of other professional associations
